With many years of experience as Legal Director and General Counsel in the legal departments of major international groups,  Régis Mahieu and Jens Bürkle decided to create a new type of business law firm to meet the new needs of companies, which are at the same time complex, operational and international. The idea behind founding APERWIN was also  to redefine the  attorney – client relationship. Their area of expertise lies in the drafting and monitoring of contracts during the life cycle of  complex projects: from the call for tenders and negotiations, to the implementation of the project, to the warranty phase, while limiting litigation risks arising from it. • Consulting on multi-million-euro litigation regarding nuclear power plant projects at various stages of the supply chain;
