Biography

Attorney and co-founder of APERWIN, Régis is member of the bars of Paris and Cologne. For over 15 years, he has built a solid experience with large multinationals in the management of their legal and contractual risks.

Régis has worked in the legal departments of energy companies where he has been involved in major industrial projects such as the construction of nuclear power plants in France and abroad. Based on this experience he specialized in the securitization of contractual risks both in the pre-contractual as well as the execution phase of contracts.

In 2014, Régis founded Cabinet Mahieu, incorporating the principle of Contract Management in order to offer its clients operational legal solutions adapted to the monitoring of complex projects.
